Currently we have 237 residential listings, of which 41 are under contract or 17%. Looking at the market this time last year we had 265 listings and 54 were under contract or 20%.
What can we learn from this? Our inventory continues to be low, but our sales are still consistent with years past, with less inventory. This continues to be good news! As we move into warmer weather, our inventory should increase. So look forward to seeing your dream home “Spring” up at any moment.
