I will walk through your home with you step by step and make suggestions on changes to improve the success of your sale. Of course I will also provide a Competitive Market Analysis so we can ensure you receive top dollar on your home.

Whether it’s inspectors, stagers or gardeners, I align myself with service providers that match my level of integrity and expertise. When I refer someone from my network, you can rest assured that service will be consistently stellar. I have a non-biased, keen eye for what other brokers and buyers are looking for and together we will prepare your home to attract the right buyer.

Services I Provide

I only hire the best photographers to capture the essence and beauty of your home in the best way for advertising and marketing your home. These hi-res photos will be used in a global marketing campaign on sites like: Windermere, Realtor.com, Northwest Multiple Listing Service, Zillow, Trulia and RedFin.

When it comes to social media, I will strategically promote your property on Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin. On the local level, I will market your home through publications like the Bainbridge Island Review.

Of course, I also provide the usual services and open your home for Broker’s Tour the first week it goes on the market. That way, other agents can view your home for their clients. Public open houses are another great way to expose your home to the market. After each showing, I will follow up and provide feedback.

Physical marketing materials include: a custom “For Sale” sign, a lockbox at your property, and a full color listing feature flyer.

I will work diligently on your behalf during negotiations, guiding you through the entire process and doing my best to eliminate any stress.
